  1. 1 kg Iceberg Selectâ„¢ Mussels (cleaned and drained) 2 lb.
  2. 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Butter
  3. 125 ml (1/2 cup) Dry white wine
  4. 2 Green Onions
  5. 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Fresh chopped parsley
  6. 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  7. Juice of 1 lemon
  8. Pepper to taste
  1. Chop parsley, green onions and garlic finely.
  2. In a large pot, melt half the butter and lightly fry the green onions.
  3. Add wine and bring to a boil, then add parsley and garlic.
  4. Add mussels and cook on high heat for 7-10 minutes.
  5. As soon as the meat falls from the shells, remove from heat and add the left over butter and the lemon juice.
  6. Stir gently and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
